For almost 15 years in IT world, actively taking part in multiple commercial projects for leaders of airline, telecommunications, banking and logistics industries, both in Poland, Europe and South America. Active trainer and consultant with passion sharing her experiences and knowledge, training and supporting teams in discovering their strengths.
As a consultant she supports process transformation from waterfall to Agile in project teams, encouraging them to build individual good practices. She loves Agile because it changes the way of thinking and motivates to perceive business value through people who provide it.
