Daily Scrum Game & Self-organisation by example

Daily Scrum Game

Daily Scrum – 15 minutes, plan a day – a totally straightforward meeting. Or is it? Have you seen teams struggle to understand the true purpose of Daily Scrum? Have you seen it turning into regular status updates? Or maybe Product Owners delegating tasks for the day?

“Daily Scrum Game” was invented to explain to a team what Daily Scrum should be. Come, play and if you like the game, feel free to pass it on.

The workshop will be conducted either in English or in Polish - depending on participants.

Self-organisation by example

Have you ever asked or guided your team(s) to be self-organised? How did it go? Was it easy and straightforward? Our experience tells us it never is.

We will play a game, one that will help you realize how big the task of reaching self-organisation is and how good communication can help it. Be prepared for a big challenge, a lot of fun and a ‘bit’ of physical exercise.

The workshop will be conducted either in English or in Polish - depending on participants.
